You have 14 days after receiving your item to return an item back to us on UK orders.

Contact us at info@awkwardsisters.co.uk with your order details and we will issue a returns label for you and provide further instructions.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If you receive a defective, damaged or the wrong item please contact us immediately at info@awkwardsisters.co.uk so that we can resolve the issue.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange an item, the best way is to contact us at info@awkwardsisters.co.uk, and we will provide you with further instructions.

You will need to arrange and pay for the return postage. We also require proof of postage.

Unfortunately at this stage we are not able to offer exchanges on international orders, the best way will be to return the item and order a new one.

REFUNDS

You have 14 days after receiving your item to return the item back to us on UK orders.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once we confirm everything is ok you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Once we have received a return item refunds can take between 7-10 days to process. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. Postage fees apply.
